Chewing the fat with MasterChef Adam Liaw

Adam Liaw is an ex-MasterChef contestant, taking out the competition in 2010.  He recently released his first book titled: Two Asian Kitchens.The book is broken into two halves; the first is traditional Malaysian recipes while the second is filled with modern recipes. Adam is set to open his own restaurant in 2011. Adam talks with Southern Cross University Media Student Justin Fenwick about what book he is currently reading and offers his tips for upcoming young MasterChefs.
